Any graduate /post graduate /fresher or experienced having excellent communication skills with customer service experience preferred.
Respond to inbound customer queries over the phone & escalate product bugs.
Provide phone support to troubleshoot and resolve issues experienced with search engine client.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Search engine process and policies.
Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
Must have analytical bent of mind with customer centric approach.
Candidates must have Excellent writing skills.
Respond to customer query and escalations
Provide email/chat support to customer to reduce issues.
